Description (partial)

Symptom:
re-register after each WLAN session timeout is a bad user experience

Conditions:
Connect 8861 phone on WiFi interface and let it associate to AP.
Each time when WLAN session timeout, 8861 should re-authenticate and associate to AP again.
After association, it will re-register to CUCM.
