Description (partial)

Connectivity issues with VRF managment after upgrading from 5.2.9 to 6.2.6a and upgrading from sup1 to sup2e.

After upgrading HW, customer copied the config from flash into running-config, after doing so the default route that was configured in VRF Management gets added into VRF Default as well.
