Symptom: A Fabric Interconnect can exhibit behavior where the mac address table aging time can get stuck at 300 in End-host mode, and you can not change it. The default in End-host mode is 14,500. This can cause connectivity problems if the upstream devices have arp timers configured for less than this. Conditions: This has been experience on a 6100 series Fabric Interconnect running 2.1(1d). Issue was also observed on 6200 series FI and it was resolved after upgrading to 2.2.6e.
