Description (partial)
Symptoms: Cisco TMS is changing the time zone of Cisco Unified CM registered endpoints, and is not honoring the values defined in the UCM's Date/Time group. Conditions: The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.4 when migrating endpoints from a VCS to a UCM. Cisco TMS's representation of the endpoint's time zone survives the migration, and Cisco TMS keeps pushing it to the endpoint when it is managed by UCM. Cisco TMS should not touch time zones of UCM registered endpoints. See also defect CSCum63715, which incorrectly was presumed to be fixed in Cisco TMS 14.4. Workarounds: None.
