Last Modified

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

Symptom:
When Synergy endpoints call into CTMS Telepresence Servers, and call traverses a UCM via trunk to trunk, the UCm doesn't not always properly relay the contact header parameters required for proper call signaling.

Telepresence call is established temporarily, but then is abnormally ended.

May also impact interop between CTMS and other endpoint variants (EX60/EX90, and CTS).

Conditions:
CTMS Telepresence Server
Synergy-based endpoint (DX80, DX70, DX650).

Issue is applicable only for 10.0 ( texoma) and above.

Fix is also applicable only for 10.0 and above.
