Oct 16, 2014
- Cisco TelePresence Management Server
Known Affected Releases
Symptoms: When viewing a conference in Cisco TMS's Conference Control Center (CCC), the page crashes with a stack trace: System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements at System.Linq.Enumerable.First[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source) at Tandberg.TMS.Service.ConnectionSettings.ConnectionSettingsCache.GetConnectionSettings(SystemId systemId) at Tandberg.TMS.Proxy.ApiInterfaceProxy.GetSystemTypeCapabilities(SystemId systemId) at Tandberg.TMS.Service.Monitoring.CCCService.GetConference(ConferenceId conferenceId, DateTime lastPoll) at Tandberg.TMS.UI.Monitoring.CCCRead.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) Conditions: The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.4 with conferences hosted on a TelePresence Server 4.0; earlier versions of Cisco TMS or other bridge types could also be affected. The issue is triggered by purging the bridge from Cisco TMS. The conferences hosted on it are not removed from the CCC, and the page crashes whenever the administrator tries to view them. Workarounds: None.
