Description (partial)

Problem description: Call Forward All option is missing in 69xx IP Phone for second line of the directory number.

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Register 69xx IP Phone with Unified CM
 2. Configure two Directory numbers for first line and second line
 3. Click second line for Call Forward enabled

Expected behavior: When we press the second line there should be Fwd All option to forward the calls for the second line.
