Description (partial)

Symptom:
The reported duration from the DCM to the ad server is not always correct. The reported duration of the played ad is smaller than inserted length of the ad. The difference is 1/90ms per picture in the played ad.

Conditions:
AVC splicing on the co-processor board. The main and insertion channel are NTSC services coded at 29.97fps or 59.94fps.
