Description (partial)

Symptom:
I am only able to sign into unity connection via SSO from jabber after a token refresh.  during the initial period i am unable to authenticate to Unity Connection.  attached are screenshots and PRT

Conditions:
Jabber 10.5 SAML SSO.
Unity Connection as a secondary service
First time authentication request
