Description (partial)
Symptom: RSVP Sync process crashes on standby node. Conditions: 1. User has removed an interface from both TE/RSVP protocol when there are tunnels going over that interface. 2. Remove TE NSR config. There's also timing involved and above steps might not always trigger this issue.
