Symptom:
We found the following issues related to Phone Icon for self-services,

- Customer using Cisco 7841 which the image file not available for self-care
- 8961 image file also not available for self-care

Conditions:
CPC: 10.X, 11.X 
CUCM: 10.0, 10.5.X
