Symptom:
Anti-Malware report  does not have any record for access which blocked due to Unscannable.

Conditions:
Set Block for Unscannable in "Access Policies: Web Reputation and Anti-Malware Settings" page.
Then,  tried to download ZIP file but access was blocked as Unscannable.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
