Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUBE responds to OPTIONS pings and other SIP msgs with delay as a results trunks or dial-peers are taken out of service unexpectedly.

Conditions:
If event-trace voip is configured to dump ccsip messages to files and upload to remote servers, while the event-traces are getting written CUBE doesn't respond to SIP msgs in a timely manner.

This can impact normal SIP call processing and lead to audio cut through delays and in some cases the sip trunks or dial-peers will be taken out of service due to not responding to OPTIONS ping requests in a timely manner.
