Description (partial)
Symptom: Monitor Protocol fails to decode S1-AP response back to Lattice when mme-service has an underscore in the name of the service. For example "mme_svc". The following error is listed in the Monitor Protocol output. MMEname Value : | .000 1001 | Length Determinant : 9 Value : | 1... .... | Ext bit : 1 | .000 0111 | Length Determinant : 7 Decode Error: High numbers decoding not supported Conditions: This happens only when the mme-service name has an underscore, if you use a dash instead it decodes properly and then Lattice LPS will complete the S1 setup.
