Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following error is returned when executing a "switchport trunk allowed vlan add" command in following two scenarios:
- under a port-profile
- under an interface inheriting a port-profile  

N7KA(config-port-prof)# switchport trunk allowed vlan add 6
ERROR: This form of the command has no effect on the current system
N7KA(config-port-prof)#

Conditions:
- This occurs after an upgrade of NX-OS via ISSU or disruptive upgrade
- The Port-profile being modified or inherited must have been created prior to the upgrade
