Description (partial) 

Symptom:
video thumbnail is shown blank for a while after making second call from missed call and message widget.

Conditions:
1. Establish a video call between endpoint A and B.
2. Once the call is established, go to device home screen from endpoint B.
3. Tap on the C's DN displayed in " missed call and message " widget from endpoint B.
4. Observe the screen on endpoint B.
