Description (partial)

Symptom:
Improper removal alarms on CPT50 ports got cleared after upgrade from 9.53 to 9.535

Conditions:
1.     All 12 nodes[2 GNE and 10 ENE] were at 9.53 in CTC mode and services,traffic were up.
2.     Upgraded 2GNE-10ENE nodes to 9.535(May 18-FCS build)
3.     N7 and N8 nodes have MSTP cards.
3      Improper removal alarms on CPT50 ports of N1,N3,N7 nodes got cleared after upgrade.
