Description (partial)

Multi-level configuration for the feature Backlight on when incoming call is getting failed for 78xx IP phones

Repro Steps:
1)	Login CCMAdmin with right credentials
2)	Navigate to phone config page of 78xx
3)	Scroll to Product Specific Configuration Layout and make sure that the Backlight ON when incoming call option is Enabled and the check box present at the right of the option is unchecked
4)	Now either Navigate to System - Enterprise Phone Configuration or to Device - Device Settings - Common Phone Profile 
5)	There Enable the Display on when incoming call option and check the check box present at the right side of the option
6)	Make call to 78xx phones still the display light is not ON
