Description (partial)

Symptom:
78xx phones doesn't get any display light ON when receiving the incoming call even though the option is enabled in Phone Configuration page of Unified CM.

Conditions:
Repro Steps:
1)	Login CCMAdmin page with right user credentials
2)	Navigate to Phone Configuration page of 78xx phones
3)	Scroll to Product Specific Configuration Layout and check for the Backlight On When Incoming Call* option
4)	The option is Enabled by default. Still the phones aren't getting the display light ON when receiving the incoming call
