Symptom: Any agent report pulled from CUIC, when selecting this particular agent in the filter, will result in a blank report. Conditions: UCCX 9 and UCCX 10 Configure UCCX agents with last names containing an apostrophe. Try to pull any agent report from CUIC and choose their name in the filter.
