The crash is observed for following conditions

Establish IPv6 3G call (only one primary context without TFT)
Handoff the call to 4G.
Handoff back to 3G
Send uplink ICMPv6 packet with ttl = 1

3G IPv6 call (only one primary context with TFT)
clp->default_sub_session_no_tft = null in this case.
Uplink ICMPv6 packet with ttl=1 will cause this crash.
