Description (partial)

Symptom:
Syslog is not coming out of GNE  generated at ENE

Conditions:
1. Prepare a GNE-ENE setup.
2. Configure the syslog server in both ENE and GNE.
3. Now configure the syslog proxy IP as GNE IP address in ENE node.
4. Check "showProxy" on both the TNC.
5. Now make the interface 2/1 shut and no shut and check if the syslog is receiving at syslog server.
