Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using the DHCP relay feature, the relay agent sources the packets from the physical egress interface.

In certain specific scenarios it may be convenient to source the packets from a specific virtual address

Conditions:
(use case:

DHCP server is located off-site, and there are ECMP routes back to the DHCP relay agents (N7ks).
in this scenario, using specific feature combination (FHRP, uRFP strict), DHCP offers that arrive onto a peer relay agent, have to cross the MCT and are dropped due to uRFP check).

This happens because the traffic is sourced from physical interface IP, and not FHRP VIP. )
