Description (partial)

Symptom: A Cisco ASR router crashes.
Conditions: This symptom occurs under the following conditions:

Configure a DHCP database as follows:
ip dhcp database tftp://192.168.50.100/dhcp write-delay 60 timeout 30
The router is unable to write the database as TFTP is not installed on 192.168.50.100 or tftp ip is not reachable (both scenarios leading to crash). After a few seconds the router gets crashed.
