Description (partial)

Symptom:
wireless 8861 phone takes long time to register after associate to AP

Conditions:
phoneload: sip88xx.10.2.1.15dev
Bring up 8861 on WLAN interface and wait until it register to CUCM.
Or change some config on WLC so that the 8861 phone will re-connect and re-register to CUCM.

You will find that 8861 phone may take a long time to finish registration.
