Description (partial)

Symptom:
Forward ALL Information Not shown in 78XX Phones during call

Conditions:
Steps to  Reproduce : 
1.	Create a site with unified CM installed in it and register IP Phone A (5133 ) , IP Phone B (5123) and 78XX IP Phone (5444).
2.	Set  FWD All to IP Phone C 78XX in IP Phone A .
3.	Make a call from IP Phone B to IP Phone B 
4.	Call will be forward to IP Phone C 78XX IP Phone 
5.	Answer the call in  IP phone C .
Problem Description: when answering the call in IP Phone C it displaying only the DN of IP Phone B .  Not the FWD information is shown in 78XX IP Phone 
Expected Behaviour: while answering the call in IP Phone C the FWD information should display :
