Description (partial)

Symptom:
We can see traffic drop for around 30 secs after restart bgp process on ASBR. This impact is only on global bgp routes sent to remote ASBR using BGP 3107. We should not see any traffic impact to InterAS VPN routes.

Conditions:
This symptom is seen on Nexus 7000 Series Switch acting as ASBR/PE/RR. This issue is seen only with restart of bgp process on ASBR.
