Description (partial)

No softkey displayed after modify the button template

1. Phone has been configured with two lines (line1 and line2)

2. Go to CUCM->Phone config page->modify Button items
3. Remove the second dn, and add one blf SD pfk --> sometimes, no softkey will occur at this point after phone re-register to cucm.
4. if the issue is not observed, continue modify blf sd and assign a dn to it
5. After phone registers again, modify the button items and remove the blf sd button, re-add New Dn button.
6. after phone registers, no softkey is displayed when phone is idle
7. Offhook/onhook, softkey will be displayed again.
