Symptom:
When trying to configure a third WiFi SSID and passphrase for a IOS CGR, the wrong error message displays in the logs and UI:  "invalid configuration commands supplied [BAD PARAMETER]." The error message should indicate that there are already two SSIDs configured.

Conditions:
This issue occurs when adding more than two SSIDs.
