Description (partial)

Symptom:
Processes with "Execute Web Service" activity  failed with error message:
 Could not write to output file - 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. '

Conditions:
A common bug in .NET Framework 2.0 may cause the exception when compiling a proxy. Please refer to the post -
