Description (partial)

Symptom:
Tengig REP May flap frequently and randomly with no Layer 1 issue :. This is applicable to ME3600-24-CX. (Not ME3600/ME3800)

May 12 20:33:38.564 MDT: %REP-4-LINKSTATUS: TenGigabitEthernet0/2 (segment 93) is non-operational due to port down
May 12 20:33:44.676 MDT: %REP-4-LINKSTATUS: TenGigabitEthernet0/2 (segment 93) is operational

Conditions:
Teng gig on ME-3600-CX configured for REP , the REP interface keeps on flapping randomly and frequently due to port down 

No layer 1 issue .

Reload , power down , replace SFP and cables wont fix this issue .
