Symptom: Fail to collect 'Cisco AXL Web Service' log and 'Cisco Bulk Provisiong Service' log by RTMT if a cluster has IM and Presence Service node and the IM and Presence node is up. Conditions: If the cluster has IM and Presence Servce node and it is running.
