Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is applicable to Colusa which supports high number of drives
When the storcli commands are issued to create volumes with number of drives > 32, you will see error with confusing messages "invalid parameter"

Conditions:
This is only on Colusa with > 32 drives
This is because the maximum number of drives supported in any RAID volume is 32
The error message would need to be descriptive of the parameter that is invalid
