Description (partial)

Symptom:
If there is a multicast router operating at v2 mode, then the whole network will be running at v2 mode.

The DMP's will default to  IGMP v2 when multicast router/switch sends v2 query.

 https://<DMP-IP-Address>:7777/set_param?init.force_igmp_version=3 command  will enable the IGMP v3 capability  on DMP but it wiil not force to use IGMP v3. 

This is expected behaviour and this info needs to be added in our user guide to avoid confusion to customers,

Conditions:
DMP defaulting to IGMP v2 when the multicast router is operating in V2 mode
