Symptom:
CUCM Security and other document where the self signed certificates are referred need to be updated with the impacts of running the cluster with Expired Self Signed Certificates.

Conditions:
Self Signed Certificates:  
      - CallManager
      - Tomcat
      - IPSec
      - CAPF
      - TVS

Some examples on the impact of Self Signed Certificate expiry:
CallManager self signed certificate is expired, Secure SIP call would fail. 
Similarly if Tomcat self signed certificate is expired, would throw corresponding web errors.
