Description (partial)

Symptom:
A vulnerability in the Autonomic Network Discovery Packets of Cisco IOS XE could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to receive arbitrary
data from other traffic passing through the device

The vulnerability is due to uninitialized memory used in packet creation. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by capturing packets on
the segment.

Conditions:
Device configured with default configuration.
