Symptom: Contact Center Enterprise reports that an Agent Greetings Fails to play fairly intermittently. Looking in the JTAPI log the user will find a "Consult Call Failed" message for each time the Agent Greeting does not play. The root cause is in the CCM SIP messaging. Conditions: Using Cisco Contact Center feature of Mobile Agent and Agent Greeting in conjunction with each other.
