Symptom: In a workflow mode with ticket management enabled, Activity/ticket does not get linked to the second deployment job. Activity 1 -- First deployment job Activity 2 -- Second deployment job Conditions: IF two activities are created in succession & second activity is submitted after first activity's job is created.
