Description (partial)

Symptom:
When TB endpoint calls to MGCP phone, while sending second invite, it updates the o line with incremented version number. This causes the new offer answer in the process to not set the variable mSipsRTP to true.
Due to this the secure offer which comes to MGCPIF is forwarded as non-secure i.e SRTP=False.

Conditions:
EX60 Version 7.1.2RC1
VCS 7.x
CUCM 9.1
MGCP IOS 15.2(4)M7
