Symptom: Supervisor can see live data report for unrelated CSQ and agents Conditions: Finesse Supervisor Live data reports are showing reports for agents and CSQs which does not belong to the teams that the supervisor belong to or supervise. Supervisor Shidh is member of "BankingTeam 1" and he is also the supervisor of only one team that is "BankingTeam1". "Banking team1" has been configured with 2 CSQs only and they are "BankingCards" and "BankingQuestions" "Banking Team1" only has 5 agents including "Shid" himself. in Live data reports in the finesse UI he can see many other agents and many other CSQs.
