Symptom:
Problem Description:
When user tried to close Getting Started Wizard displaying from User Provisioning page, then it is successfully closing that window. But while click Refresh button which is available at User Provisioning page top right corner, then again and again Getting Started Wizard is displaying


Expected Behavior:

After successfully close Getting Started Wizard completely, it should not open even after clicking Refresh button available at User Provisioning page
