Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber is not sending a cookie with its login request to the ExpressWay-E

Conditions:
Target for _collab-edge._tls.<domain> SRV record is an alias for a CNAME
where the alias is a subdomain of the CNAME

e.g
_collab-edge._tls.cisco.com SRV with target edge.exp.cisco.com
which is an alias for CNAME exp.cisco.com

note : exp.cisco.com is FQDN for the expressway-E/VCS-E
