Cisco Bug: CSCuo82422 - Upgrade Task can not be scheduled in PCD.

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Scheduling a task in PCD is not possible. If you select a date with the date picker, PCD gives an error "start time can not be in the past..", however the choosen date is in future (tomorrow). Conditions: PCD is installed with CET timezone. NTP is also running.
