Detailed Description

Customer is doing blind transfer via Finesse agents. Customer has configured Route Pattern with Force Authorization code and Client matter code, required for the call call.

When customer makes blind transfer, customer sends DN + FAC +CMC together, but it fails.

issue is seen in ICM 9.0(4)

FAC CMC enabled on Route point
