Symptom: Dejitter Buffer Reset, Decoder CC Error, Decoder DTS Discontinuity, and Decoder Syntax alarms will appear sporadically on the D9036. The outgoing video and audio streams will experience problems when these occur. Conditions: The problem occurs during re-encoding of incoming VBR Ethernet streams. These symptoms were observed while the encoder was receiving 8 simultaneous VBR SPTS streams, but may also occur with fewer incoming streams.
