Cisco Bug: CSCuo81507 - Conductor Scheduling with device registered as SIP and H.323
Nov 27, 2020
- Cisco TelePresence Management Server
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When scheduling a conference with conductor and an endpoint that is registered as SIP and H.323, the routing chosen by TMS default to H.323. Since the Conductor is SIP only, and the TMS is aware that the endpoint is also SIP registered, the TMS should select SIP dialing as the least cost. Having the endpoint dial H.323 to conductor will cause an interworking condition on the VCS and use up a Traversal license. This will also apply a higher load on the VCS, as it will now need to route the media. Conditions: Scheduling with Conductor and a SIP/H.323 registered device.
