Description (partial)

Symptom:
Transparently redirected native ftp requests being prompted for 'account' even when they match an identity which is configured to bypass authentication

Conditions:
1. The request is a transparent native FTP request. Issue is not seen with explicit native FTP requests. 
2. Raptor authentication is selected in 'Security Services > FTP Proxy > Authentication Format'. 
3. Identity policy configured to bypass authentication for native ftp transactions
4. First access policy is a policy which matches all identities and has other matching criterion
