Symptom:
wireless client  ipv6 Multicast Video streaming Choppy
DSCP not set for Capwap Mcast tunnels between WLC to Switch for Media direct fearure.

Conditions:
* For releases 7.6 and prior, this can be observed only if the multicast source is the client.
* This applies only for Media Direct feature which mandates the Multicast mode to be Multicast between WLC and AP.

1st time when we started ipv4/ipv6 video quality good. after long time running around one hour, observed the choppy video and also after sometime it recovered.
(out-of 5 times, 3 times observed Ipv6 video got the choppy)
