Description (partial)

Symptom:
Using the Cisco Unified Presence Administration > System Troubleshooter, the Inter-Clustering Troubleshooter section reports certificates are out-of-sync. The signed cup-xmpp certificate from the Intercluster peer is reported as not being synchronised successfully.

Executing a forced manual sync of the Intercluster peer temporarily fixes the issue but 15 mins later the error returns. A force manual sync can be executed using the Cisco Unified Presence Administration > Presence > Interclustering > Select a peer > Click 'Force Manual Sync'

Conditions:
The following conditions cause this issue to occur:
Two or more clusters have been interclustered together in the deployment
The same Common Name value have been used for a given certificate unit (tomcat, cup, cup-xmpp, cup-xmpp-s2s) on two or more interclustered clusters
