Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the main and standby RP in an ASR1k are loaded with different, incompatible IOS-XE versions, the redundancy state of the RP's can still be "Standby Hot".
The problem is that when the main RP restarts the standby RP cannot take over, shown in the log with the message:
%REDUNDANCY-3-IPC: IOS versions do not match

Conditions:
Main and standby RP in the ASR1k are loaded with different IOS-XE versions and the main RP makes an unexpected restart.
